Application Guide
Step 1: Preparation
- Prepare standard paint measuring cups for automotive use to ensure the most accurate mixing ratio. Put on necessary safety gear before opening the container.
Step 2: Mixing
- Pour TEH-100 Hardener into the TEB-410 Resin strictly following the 4:1 mixing ratio (4 parts resin to 1 part hardener). Incorrect ratios may result in improper curing or reduced adhesion.
Step 3: Application & Cure
- Apply the well-mixed compound via spray gun immediately within the specified working time (Pot Life). Allow the chemical reaction to complete fully. Never add extra hardener beyond the 4:1 ratio to speed up the curing process.
